Then Thurs morn it's off to Bendigo some 600 km away. Sadly no direct way but we will visit some old fav countryside of mine. James' jumper is close to completion. One sleeve is done &amp; the 2nd sleeve has finished being decreased &amp; in less than 12 rows will start the ribbing. Yes, Smiths Lake lived up to its name. I also nicked it Camp Grenada cos it rained every day. I've Been Collared

OK- enough of the bad puns. :-) Last night I did 3 needle cast off, without a crotchet hook. It worked &amp; I'm pleased with the results. I've always feared I would fumble around &amp; lose stitches when having 2 needles aligned &amp; in one hand. I think using circulars helped. OFF THE CUFF

That's right. Last night, whilst listening to a piano recital on the radio, I got down &amp; completed the 1st sleeve. Now I need to pick up the stitches for the other sleeve. I will have to concentrate a little in order to match the twist in the cables.
